This decadent delight is the perfect pie for any time of year! I love them mid-summer for a bbq with friends, or a wintery campfire dinner. You can make one whole pie with this recipe or 6 minis. If you want to make more just double my recipe below. It’s the perfect sweet treat to satisfy any craving. And kids go nuts for it!

You will need:
1 bag semi-sweet chocolate chips (12oz)
2 cups heavy cream
1 box Graham Crackers
1 stick melted butter
4 tbsp sugar
1 bag mini marshmallows
Crush the graham crackers in a food processor or in a large ziplock bag with a rolling pin and get out some aggression.
Add in your melted butter. You can melt the butter in a bowl in the microwave for 1 minute. Add in the sugar and stir to combine.
Next, pour the mix in to your pie dish or you can use your mini pie tins and press firmly in to the pie dish. Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 10 minutes until lightly brown.
While it’s baking, start on your filling. In a large Dutch oven or pot, melt your chocolate and heavy cream and stir the whole time until both are full combined to make a ganache.
Pour the mix in to the pie shell, or individual pie shells and then load up your marshmallows on top. Refrigerate your pie or pies for at least 2 hours before serving to let the ganache set correctly.
I like to serve with berries for something refreshing as it is so rich and decadent. Enjoy every indulgent bite my friends!
