Baked Feta with Olives, Honey & Thyme
As a part of my Moroccan dinner party, I wanted to have some cheese and crackers for my guests to dip in to when they arrived along with my hummus and eggplant dips and I felt inspired to create something using the flavors of the Mediterranean. So I concocted this creation and it went down incredibly well if I say so myself! The perfect app for you Moroccan night.
You will need:
Marinated olive mix
2 Blocks of Feta cheese
A few sprigs of thyme
4 Tablespoons of honey
Drizzle of olive oil!
This recipe could not be any more simple... Place the olives in a small baking dish, then put your feta cheese on top, sprinkle the sprigs of thyme over, the drizzle your honey and some olive oil and bake at 375 degrees for 20-30 minutes! Serve with pita chips, warmed bread, crackers (I got some yummy fig and olive crackers from Trader Joe’s) and nuts/dried fruits!
