Banana Bark

Lots of these out there on TikTok but needed to create my own because I've been making individual chocolate covered banana peanut butter bites for years for my clients and their kids so when I saw this deconstructed bark version, I had to make it myself!
Here is the recipe:
3-4 organic bananas, thinly sliced
1 cup organic peanut butter (no sugar added) or you can use almond butter (I like @bigspoonroasters)
1 cup chocolate chips of choice (I like @hukitchen gems that are refined sugar free, vegan etc)
1 tbsp orangic virgin coconut oil
Sprinkle of @maldonsalt
Slice the bananas thin and lay them on a parchment lined baking sheet in rows, slightly overlapping where possible.
Warm the peanut butter in the microwave for 20 seconds so it’s slightly runny and pour over the bananas.
Melt your chocolate with 1 tbsp coconut oil in the microwave or in a pot on the stove
Pour over the nut butter and bananas
Sprinkle with sea salt
Pop it in to the freezer to set for at least 1 hour or until ready to eat
Cut in to equal portions with a sharp knife and keep in a ziplock bag in the freezer for the ultimate sweet treat!
If you're feeling crazy you could also add pretzels to it or any toppings you like, I just keep it cleaner and simple. But you can get creative!

But that's not all we get with this vintage inspired wonder. As much as a lot link of us really love high horology, it's nice to see creative entry-level releases that don't cut corners. Just because a sub-$1,000 watch might be what your budget requires, it doesn't mean you should sacrifice in design or quality. While I haven't had a chance to link go hands-on with any of the link Maen watches, I trust when Worn & Wound puts its name behind a watch. It also inevitably results in something good looking.

What sat in front of Scolnik at home was link unlike any American watch he had seen. link It was a 17-jewel watch link with ¾ plate in nickel, stem wind, lever set, with a gold movement train for the perpetual calendar, and five-minute repeater. The dial was quadruple sunk with four subsidiary dials.
