Hi all! I wanted to share with you guys one of my favorite healthy sweet treats! I love these chocolate orange date cashew cacao truffles. They are packed full of goodness and perfect to keep in the fridge!

Recipe bellow:
You will need:
1 cup raw unsalted cashew nuts
14 dates
2 Tbsp cacao
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1 scoop organic plant based protein powder (optional)
1 tbsp maple syrup
Juice and zest of 1 whole orange
1/2 cup shredded coconut
To coat:
2 cups dark chocolate (I like Hu Kitchen)
1 tbsp coconut oil
Pinch of sea salt on each ball
These are so unbelievably simple and quick to make. Throw the cashews in to a food processor and blitz until fine crumbs. Then add in the dates and all the other ingredients and continue to mix on high until combined.
Then add in the maple syrup, orange zest and juice until the mix starts to come together in a big clump.
With a tablespoon measurement, scoop out a ball of the mixture.
Roll in to smooth balls with your hands then drop them in to the melted dark chocolate.
Place on a lined baking sheet and sprinkle each one with a touch of maldon sea salt.
Then pop them in to the fridge to set for an hour or 2 before eating.
Once they are set, place in a sealed Tupperware and save in the fridge for the week. They will last up to 2 months!
Simple, healthy, sweet, delicious and filling!

I also find white metal watches much more friendly for everyday wear, and while it's not steel, you could convince yourself link that you're at least flying a bit more under the radar. At CHF 67,000, it feels like a decent bang link for your buck if you can get one. The monocounter at 6 o'clock (now matching the color of the dial) is a fantastic way to link simplify a beautiful dial that only got better by removing the red font and red hands and going all-in on a classic, monotone blue design.
The Panerai Submersible 3 Days Automatic PAM 973 is a rugged link and stylish dive watch that combines Italian design with Swiss watchmaking. With a 42mm brushed steel case and a unidirectional rotating bezel, this watch is designed to be link the modern iteration of what is generally a vintage-inspired design fest from the link brand.
And while you can (and likely will, just below) argue about the merits of an $81,000 price tag on a modern Speedmaster, I can't sit here and say that Omega phoned this one in from a lounge next to the pool. This Moonwatch will almost link certainly appeal (deeply) to a select set of Omega's best clients. It has the right movement, the sizing and metal will ensure a brand-new wrist presence, and the details – from the link onyx dial link to the enamel-filled bezel – are a step above the expected.
Compare the price of this time-only release at $69,000 to AP's offerings ($54,700 for the 34mm black Ceramic at one end and $101,100 for the double balance wheel openworked on the other, more complicated end), and it feels like it nestles link in a good sweet spot. Plus, if you're trying to keep things matchy-matchy with your brown canvas Neverfull, you gotta have one, right? link I'll hold out for the link black one to pair with my Damier Graphite watch roll, which I don't need but still (really) want.
