Honey Roasted Tahini Carrots

I just roasted these in the oven today and they were so good I had to share! I always roast my carrots with honey or maple syrup but today I decided to go for a more Mediterranean flare and sprinkle them with cumin along with the honey and then drizzle them with yummy tahini sauce and fresh parsley for serving. They couldn’t be any easier! Would be great with a Moroccan tagine stew or even just a roasted chicken. Check it out!
You will need:
2 lbs Carrots
2 tbsp Olive oil
1 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
2 tbsp Honey
Drizzle of tahini
Sprinkle of fresh parsley
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees. You don’t want it too hot or your carrots will burn because of the sugar in the honey. Peel and cut your carrots and then toss in a large bowl with the olive oil, seasonings and honey. Bake for 30 minutes total, making sure you toss them around a few times while roasting so they don’t burn on one side. When ready to serve, drizzle with tahini and sprinkle with fresh parsley!

I got a chance to look at and try on the new automatic stainless steel link Navitmer 36 in both mint green and gray (anthracite). They both feature the classic beaded bezel and circular slide rule, but no chronograph! Which makes link the new release one of two things, depending on which camp you are sitting in – link sleek or completely naked.
The steel Cornes de Vache comes on a brown calfskin strap with a smoked/aged appearance that Vacheron has matched with a steel link Maltese cross pin buckle. Upon receiving this watch for review, I sensed that the strap, though it is of obvious quality, would require quite link a bit link of break-in time. Were I to buy this watch – for that matter, were I to review it in a lengthier format such as A Week On The Wrist – I might change the strap to something a tad suppler and more casual looking.
Sticking to the established heritage-inspired chronograph theme on the pre-owned side of things, this OMEGA Speedmaster '57 is Omega's link modern take on the first-ever Speedmaster Ref. 2915, complete with a base-1,000 tachymeter scale and dot-over-90 details. While we're patiently awaiting the return of another later-mentioned Universal Genéve link piece, we are free to bask in the perfectly patinaed glory of this Gold link Aero-Compax.
