We are at the peak of summer and what do we love more than a creamy icey treat to cool us down during these heat waves? I partnered with Cocojune, my favorite plant based clean coconut yogurt on these delicious lollies I created for you to try! I love this flavor combination and so will you!

In England, where I’m from originally if ya didn’t know already, we call a popsicle a LOLLY and it gives me great joy making all of you call them that too!

Since being diagnosed with breast cancer and going on my healing journey through treatment and beyond, I am always brainstorming to come up with sweet delicious treats to satisfy my cravings that are refined sugar free and dairy free and these hit the spot beyond. You would never even know!

I hope you all enjoy making this recipe at home with your kiddos this summer too!

Ingredients:

Mango -

1/2 cup cocojune plain or vanilla Coconut yogurt

1/2 14oz can Coconut cream

1 cup frozen organic mango

3 tbsp maple syrup

Pinch of sea salt (trust me, helps with the freezing & flavor)

Strawberry -

1/2 cup cocojune plain or vanilla Coconut yogurt

1/2 14oz can Coconut cream

1 cup frozen organic strawberries

3 tbsp maple syrup

Pinch of sea salt

Blend your ingredients for your mango flavor together in a blender until smooth.

Pour the mixture filling it half way up your lolly molds. I bought mine on Amazon:

I like to let them freeze for an hour or so to set a little like that. But you don’t have to.

Wash your blender. I love to use my vitamix:

Repeat the recipe but using a cup of frozen strawberries.

Pour in to the lolly molds over the frozen mango mix to fill to the top.

Add in your sticks, cover and freeze for 3 hours or overnight.

If you want to decorate them like I did, I remove them from the molds and lay them on a sheet tray lined with parchment paper.

Mix a 1/4 cup cocojune yogurt with 2 tbsp water and 1 tbsp maple syrup and whisk.

Drizzle over the ice lollies and then sprinkle over some coconut for added crunch!

Enjoy!

Then there's the gold flux dial. We've seen this used on simple watches in both blue and black so far, but this is the most expressive implementation yet. This gold flux / aventurine / whatever-you-want-to-call-it material has become trendy, especially among more design-minded watchmakers (Van Cleef have been the masters at link this for some time), but it's nice link to see Lange implement it in a way that link goes beyond it simply being pretty.

Zodiac might have a solution for you with link the recent release of their Super Sea Wolf Ceramic (ref. ZO9595). It's a link vintage-inspired link '50s-style dive watch that offers a ceramic case (at least, partially) and it does the ceramic thing at both a size and a price that are hard to beat in today's marketplace.

UPDATE: Unfortunately the launch today was scrubbed due to weather restrictions, specifically the strength of electric link fields around link the launch pad. However, the new launch date is set for Saturday, May 30 at 3:22 P.M. EDT, or 19:22 UTC. NASA will be broadcasting the launch on Saturday, so you still have some time to prepare to link spot the X-33 on the wrist of Behnken.

It's link small changes to the design that increase ease of use and tactile quality. For link instance, the bezel uses a "labyrinth seal" between the bezel and the case so simply turning the bezel while rinsing the watch will eject any sand or particles that link get between the case and the bezel. And the bezel mechanism is a double-piston design that uses 16 ball bearings, which means that bezel action is silky smooth.
