Rice Krispie Treats

These marshallowy buttery treats are a must make for Halloween, or even just a random weeknight. Suitable for adults, not just children because of the elevated ingredients and the browned butter. But the best part is that they are so easy to make that your kids can join in for a fun way to keep them entertained. Although, you might not want to share with them!

You will need:

1 1/2 Sticks of butter

1 16 oz Bag mini marshmallows

1 Tsp Flakey Sea Salt

1 Tsp Vanilla Extract

8 cups of Rice Krispies

In a large dutch oven, melt the butter on a medium heat and let it bubble until browned, but not burnt. Add in the marshmallows and melt completely. Then turn off the heat and add in your vanilla extract and salt. Then stir in your rice krispies.

Now gently press the mixture in to a 9x13 inch pan lined with parchment paper and then sprinkle with your favorite festive sprinkles and leave it for 30 minutes at least to set.
