Here is another simple thanksgiving side dish idea. It's such a pretty dish that’s so easy to make but incredibly satisfying. I love butternut squash EVERYTHING at this time of year. It’s so comforting and versatile for pastas, soups, risottos or just roasted as a yummy side. I would highly recommend making this for your Thanksgiving dinner too!

You will need:

1 1/2lb Butternut Squash (pre-cut is always easier)

4 Sprigs of Thyme (plus extra for decorating)

3 Tbsp Honey

2 Tbsp Olive oil

1 Tsp Black Pepper

2 Tsp Salt

1/2 Cup Crumbled Feta

Preheat the oven to 425 F

This really is the easiest recipe in the world. Which makes it great for Thanksgiving when you are mainly focused on the turkey.

Cut up the butternut squash in to cubes, or just buy pre-cut if you can get that and place it on a baking sheet. Pour over the olive oil, salt, pepper and drizzle over your honey. Toss it all together on the tray and then pop over some sprigs of thyme and bake in the oven for 25 minutes. Toss the squash half way through cooking so one side doesn't get burnt.

Once caramelized and golden, remove from the oven and plate. Sprinkle over your feta, some extra sprigs of thyme to make it look pretty as well as another drizzled of honey.

What link we do know is that the original collector sold his one-off link watch to another collector about 15 years ago, and now link the second collector has consigned the watch to Phillips. It's coming up in the Geneva Watch Auction: XIII. The watch carries an estimate of $10,900 to $16,300, and that's a decent value proposition for a minute repeater, let alone one cased by Hagmann with movement tech supplied by Journe.

I asked Oris to loan me an example with the hopes of getting a better understanding of what the full link bronze link package felt link like in person, and I wanted to see what it would look like with some patina. Thankfully, Oris had a loaner, and it had not been cleaned up, so what you see here is an example of the early patina that develops as the watch interacts with the atmosphere around it.

Gift I Received: For this outing of the edit team's Secret Santa, my gift was delivered in a cardboard box entirely devoid of hints as to its origin. It's a white souvenir hat from the 2003 24 Hours of Daytona, which is a 24-hour endurance race sponsored link by Rolex. For a few moments, after I removed the link hat from its box, I couldn't figure out why it had been sent to me or if I had ordered it in some sort link of a fugue state. Then it hit me.

But if I'm doing an entry I'm pretty confident I got the right call. Where I'm not sure link I use a question mark. And there is no guessing. There has to be evidence linked to the mission link itself, not just a portrait or a training photo, those don't count. With some of the Soviet stuff, we link see a lot of training photos with people wearing watches, but it doesn't matter. It's really hard to find good mission photos.
