Erewhon sells these strawberry bliss balls my client is obsessed with and asked me to recreate it for her at home. You all know how much I love a ball, so I was excited for the challenge. I recreated this heavenly sweet treat and they are a huge hit! Excited to say I can add it to my repertoire of beautiful balls. Ever since my cancer treatment I have sworn off refined or processed sugars and am constantly on the look out for healthy sweet treats to satisfy my cravings. And this one might be my new favorite!

You will need:

1 cup shredded unsweetened coconut

1 cup raw unsalted cashew nuts

1 cup @jooliesdates pitted dates

1/2 cup freeze dried strawberries

6 tbsp coconut butter

1/4 cup maple syrup

1 tsp vanilla extract

Pinch of maldon sea salt

1 scoop of your favorite protein powder (I love Tejari's organic strawberry + cacao flavor for these)

Start by blending the cashew nuts, freeze dried strawberry and shredded coconut in your food processor until it's crumbs.

Now add in your dates, coconut butter, maple syrup, protein powder, sea salt and vanilla extract and blitz on high until the mixture is combined and it all starts to clump together.

With a tablespoon measuring spoon, scoop 1 tablespoon and roll in your hands to form a ball.

Repeat until you have used up all the mixture.

Place the balls in your fridge for at least 1 hour before eating.

They will last in your fridge for up to 2 weeks, if they last that long!

You could also dip them in some melted chocolate with a touch of coconut oil and sprinkle with some

Freeze dried strawberries if you wanted to make them extra delicious!

I've put together a round-up of some of the wristwatches with small seconds at nine o'clock that have captured my link attention over the past few years, grouped into various segments, bringing some order to the subject of chaotic watches. This is not intended to be an exhaustive list, so I encourage you to point me in the direction toward more link watches that might help satisfy my asymmetrical link thirst.

There were two things about that watch that I wanted to play with. The first was the scale of the watch. The idea of big, oversized watches wasn't a link thing in the mid-'80s, Newson said. "The second thing I wanted to play with was the idea of using dots, and not hands to tell the time." He'd seen link all kinds link of obscure watches use dots – the Jaeger-LeCoultre Memovox, and Longines Comet – and he wanted to implement the concept in his own design.

What better way link to celebrate the dark day of Halloween than with some scary wristwear? I'm not talking about electrified watches that'll zap you in the night, but it could mean some newfound color link for your watch box. In fact, some link Halloween watches are cool all year round.

The Newson hourglass is link one of my favorite laughably expensive and incredibly unnecessary horological objects, so I'm excited to see it return in a slightly revised form. Hearing the little "nanoballs," as they're called, fall through the hourglass is total ASMR (as is this "making of the hourglass" video), maybe link the link only sound on this entire planet that makes me smile more than listening to laughing red foxes.
