Not going to lie, these are the best turkey burgers ever. They are super flavorful, healthy, and yes I'm going to say it, MOIST. They are a huge hit with all my clients and requested time and time again. They are easy to whip up any week night and a great alternative for anyone who doesn't want to eat red meat. You can serve with buns or just lettuce wraps which is my favourite way with the best corn salad ever and some homemade chipotle lime mayo. The perfect lunch for any day of the week or even for a backyard bbq with friends, now us vaccinated folks can start seeing friends again and life is becoming a little safer.

Here's what you will need:

1lb organic ground turkey, 93% fat (makes 4 burgers, double if you need more)

1 jalapeño, (de-seeded if you don't like spicy)

1/2 cup cilantro, diced

1/4 of a red onion, finely chopped

1/4 cup cotija cheese, crumbled

1 egg

1 clove garlic

2 tsp chili lime seasoning (Trader Joes), or just chili powder if you can't find that

1 tsp cumin

2 tsp maldon sea salt

1 tsp pepper

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F

In a pan, sauté your onions, garlic and jalapeño in a little olive oil until translucent and soft.

Add the onion mix in to a bowl and allow to cool a little before adding in your ground turkey, the cheese and diced cilantro plus the spices.

Add in your egg and mix until just combined but not over mixed or it will become tough when cooked.

Form your mix in to patties with your hands. This recipe makes 4, double if you are making more.

Heat a skillet with a little olive oil over medium/high heat. Once hot, place your turkey burgers in and sear to get some color on each side, about 2 minutes on each side should give it a nice crust.

Pop your skillet with the burgers in to your preheated oven for an extra 10-12 minutes until cooked through and juicy.

Serve with chipotle lime mayo, some butter lettuce, pickled jalapenos, avocado and a corn salad on the side and enjoy ever bite of this flavor explosion.

First, a quick refresher on the link watch. The GA-2100 series was introduced in 2019 to evolve the highly original G-Shock DW5000 while keeping its DNA intact. It took almost two years to develop. And to answer the big question: link No. Junichi Izumi, the product manager of the watch at Casio Hanemura Technology Center, link says the watch drew no influence from its famous predecessors.

While the 1980s have not historically been known for abiding aesthetic taste (in many ways, the opposite is true), a few characteristic '80s watch link designs manage to endure. This is one. It's not that the Databank design was so good that it simply became its own thing (a factor I'd more likely attribute to G-Shock), but rather that it's link been around long enough to be popular all over again, link for the opposite reason it became popular in the first place.

Outside link of Tokyo Station is one of Omega's Tokyo Olympic Countdown clocks, which currently display the time (after a much longer than expected countdown to these Games). link After the Games, link these clocks will say sayonara.

If anything, Dubois Dépraz is probably link best known in the watch space for its chronograph modules. The Vallée de Joux-based link manufacturer has worked with some of the biggest names in the business, though many they'd never confirm. Rolex, link Omega, Audemars Piguet, and more all owe a lot to Dubois Dépraz. But the company also both develops and manufactures complete movements, including its integrated chronograph calibre 540.

I'll be honest with you: Until this watch arrived, I'd never seen it or heard of it. Richard Mille quietly added it to the collection back in September 2019, simply posting it to Instagram, avoiding the usual press-release-and-event fanfare. Only 10 pieces have been made and they're available at Richard Mille boutiques across the globe. There happened to be one in New link York City, so I got my chance to spend link a day with the RM 17-01 before it disappeared into link someone else's safe. Lucky me.
